First-review guarantee
If your first review does not leave you with clear, actionable things to work on for your next rep, email hello@speakingreps.com for a full $99 refund.
To use the first-review guarantee, request the refund before submitting your second rep.
This guarantee covers the usefulness and actionability of your first review. It does not depend on achieving a particular confidence level, speaking result, or career or business outcome.
How to request a refund
Email us using the address associated with your purchase, identify the purchase, and let us know that your first review did not meet the guarantee. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
A full refund ends the sprint, including access to its remaining reviews.
Other refunds and unused reps
Outside the first-review guarantee, refunds are not automatic. Later unused reps, including reps not submitted within 60 days of purchase, are generally not refundable. The guarantee does not create a separate refund right for each later review. Contact us if there is a problem with service delivery.
Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.
